He has raised over $150M across equity, structured debt, private credit, and digital asset vehicles, advising both early-stage ventures and institutional-grade issuers on complex capital strategies and market positioning.

With deep expertise in hybrid and cross-asset structures, Alex is recognized for bridging traditional finance with emerging capital channels, securing aligned institutional and family office capital across innovative deal framework. Alex combines entrepreneurial experience with a performance-driven discipline shaped by his early career as a sponsored professional athlete.

Lucas is a finance expert and entrepreneur with deep experience in investment banking, structured products, and alternative investments. As CFO and Senior Advisor at Zastre & Co., he advises on financial strategy, capital structuring, M&A, and transaction execution for emerging and established ventures. He previously held roles at J.P. Morgan, RBC Capital Markets, and BTG Pactual, where he participated in the execution of over $10 billion in M&A and capital markets transactions, across IPOs, preferred equity, debt, private placements, and strategic partnerships.

Specializing in the lower and middle-market, Lucas advises founders, family offices, and institutional investors on capital raising, financial planning, and M&A readiness. His cross-border perspective and expertise in aligning financial structuring with long-term growth objectives make him a trusted strategic partner.

Rachel brings 17+ years of capital markets experience, having held senior COO and consulting roles across global sell-side institutions and financial markets. She specializes in operational restructuring, cross-border strategy, and investor relations, with a proven record supporting sophisticated institutional clients across asset classes.

She has advised institutions in North America, Europe, and the Middle East, with a focus on scalable investment platforms, strategic partnerships, and international capital initiatives. Her foundation includes roles at HSBC and engagements with leading MBB consulting firms, where she led mandates across public equities, private markets, and structured products. At Zastre & Co., Rachel oversees operations, investor relations strategy, and platform growth, ensuring seamless execution, regulatory integrity.

Ben is a private markets professional with experience across buy- and sell-side mandates. At a multi-billion-dollar family office, he led due diligence and execution of private equity real estate investments, managing complex transactions from sourcing through close.

As Managing Director at Zastre & Co., Ben focuses on private placements, structured credit, and growth equity for founder-led and middle-market companies. His expertise spans GP/LP solutions—including continuation vehicles, co-investments, and bespoke structuring—as well as cross-border capital formation. Over his career, he has executed several hundred million dollars in private equity, real assets, and alternative credit. He holds a Master’s in Finance from the University of Colorado Boulder and a B.S. (cum laude).

Cole is a capital markets professional with over a decade of experience advising high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutions on capital formation, investor engagement, and growth strategy. As Managing Director at Zastre & Co., he leads fundraising initiatives and helps founder-led businesses position for long-term capital partnerships. He has supported over $120M in transactions across sectors, aligning issuers with global capital sources from private equity and venture firms to sovereign wealth funds and family offices.

Previously, Cole held investment advisory roles at Mackie Research Capital and Haywood Securities, and was a Director at Longtable Capital, where he worked with public issuers on capital and growth strategies. With a deep network and cross-border experience, he bridges institutional capital with high-potential opportunities in both public and private markets.

20+ years in private equity, sovereign wealth, and family offices. Former M&A Director at Mubadala and Investment & Risk Manager at Allianz Capital Partners, with deep experience in leveraged buyouts and turnaround investing. Lead large-scale M&A and capital raises across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, with a focus on industrials, infrastructure, and real assets.

As Senior Advisor at Zastre & Co., Sven supports mandates across cross-border M&A, capital formation, and strategic restructuring. He has held senior leadership roles as Group CFO at SR Technics, Group CFO and Head of Corporate Development at BMI Group under Standard Industries, and CEO of Kulczyk Investments. Based in Zurich, Sven also leads SKay Strategic Advisory, advising private equity firms, asset owners, and family offices on complex transactions and value creation strategies.

32+ years in investment banking, asset management, and family office advisory. With senior risk management roles at BNP Paribas and as Chief Risk Officer at Bear Stearns Asia, Jürg combines deep credit expertise with hands-on investment experience as co-founder of Silverhorn Group, a well-renowned multi-asset investment firm bridging investment solutions between Europe and Asia. He has advised on private debt, secondary transactions, and asset-backed lending opportunities across both regions.

As Senior Advisor at Zastre & Co., Jürg supports the firm’s initiatives in alternative credit and family office solutions, drawing on a career bridging institutional discipline and entrepreneurial investing. He has held executive and board roles in Asia and Europe. Based in Zurich and Hong Kong, Jürg continues to advise European and Asian family offices on structured credit, trade finance, and special-situations investments.
